Thank you for the superb job you did in our backyard and front of the house!

We had a major overhaul of the entire backyard (retaining walls with stairs, deck, interlocking, etc.), as well as front and side of the house. The job took 4,5 weeks, and from the beginning to end of the project they were professional, diligent and friendly. Ayrat and Rustam as principals were especially helpful in guiding us with the selection of our product and in the design. Their pricing was transparent compared to some other companies we explored, and there were no surprises along the way. We needed to repair and cover our front entrance steps with natural stones. We also wanted to cut the side of the stairs to give us more space. The project also included a new walkway and framed driveway.

I tried very hard to find a reliable person with fair pricing. I did a search for 'Flagstone Installation' and Ayrat's company - Canada's Gardenland - came up. I called Ayrat and he came over to look at my project.

They worked very hard and stayed within the planned budget. He is very organized and fair. They do hard work and they do it very well.

Ayrat and his team worked on a full backyard renovation for our house. They were reasonably priced and did a great quality job. He was very easy to deal with and accommodated our timing and other requirements. Our backyard looks amazing and we are very happy with his work.

I was very impressed and satisfied with Canada's Gardenland. We had a small project of flagstone and they did this job with total professionalism and within the time they said it would take. They went out of their way to make sure that all the flagstones would be at the same color texture.

I have hired Canada's Gardenland in 2017 to install interlocking driveway and natural stones on the porch. In general, the contractor delivered great quality labour and I was very happy when the job was completed. The winter has passed and I have witnessed that my grey natural stones on the porch start to change colour from grey to yellow and pink. Apparently, in my case. this contractor purchased and supplied low quality natural stones from some cheap Indian supplier at HWY7 . Perhaps, the stones supplied were coloured in grey during the production of the slabs and sold as natural grey stones. They are not grey after first winter, became pink and yellow. I have contacted the contractor, he placed a visit, akcnowledged the problem but refused to address the issue as a warranty problem.
After negotiations with the contractor, I have agreed to get the problematic stone cost refund in exchange of signing the warranty waiver letter for porch (stone only). I still have to pay the labour to remove bad stone and install a new stone if I wish to resolve to problem to my full satisfaction. It was my choice to agree to this partial settlement (25% cost - stones) while loosing the most (75% of cost - labour to fix) simply because I didn't want to take this case into Small Business Claims Court. Perhaps, some people in my case would want to get all $3000-4000 back via dealing in the court with such situation. The pictures are attached.

Good job, reasonably priced. Done on time and within quote. Reliable. Listen to client's requests and quickly resolve any issues.

I got quote from different companies (almost all of them from HomeStars) and I found Canada's Gardenland's quote more detailed and fair. Also, Ayrat was very professional. So, decided to go with this company for frontyard (walkway, sod, landscaping) and backyard (patio and sod). They were very efficient, finished on time and started the job on-time as well. The final result was amazing.

Canada's Gardenland proved to be the perfect contractor to bring to completion this project for my backyard. They took their work very seriously and showed a professional attitude towards implementing the smallest details of specifications, providing alternative or complementing construction solutions when needed. Ayrat was very accommodating to helping me select the stone, trees and sod at different suppliers, and his crews were always on-time at the job site working hard to produce an excellent, quality, top-to-bottom installation, keep the surroundings clean, and finish the job within the agreed budget and due date.
