One of the bedrooms in my home was accidentally locked and the key was missing. Dimitar returned my call within 15 minutes of leaving a message. He was at my home 45 min later and done in 10 minutes. I inquired about another bedroom door and he fixed the problem at no additional cost. Dimitar was very polite, quick and professional. I would gladly refer him to friends and family.
