I copy pasted from a recent review because it describes my situation and experience almost exactly...
The handle on our front door was getting stuck and has progressively gotten worse to the point where we could barely open and close it. He came out within the hour and replaced our handle/latch with a much better part than was originally installed. Our door now works better than ever. We found him very prompt, professional and priced very reasonably. Highly recommended!!
