I called based on awesome reviews and was not disappointed. He was able to come the next day, between Christmas and New Year's and assessed my front door lock issues very quickly. He removed broken Smart Lock, installed a new lock and replaced the handle hardware also as it was old and had been jamming regularly in the cold weather. Very professional, polite, on time, friendly and reasonably priced. Have had some terrible experiences in the past with locksmiths so was VERY pleased to find this company.
