Our basement tenant had their purse taken on the subway with house keys inside and ID (showing our address).
This morning we contacted Locksmith Care and Dimitri was at our house within two hours and rekeyed the lock and provided extra keys as requested. He is a nice man, highly professional and provided some additional advice about security which was welcome and free.
We have no hesitation to recommend this service. Great job!
