A rep came in promptly to assess the repairs required. I was asked to provide a date/time when the repairs could be done. I was hesitant to commit unless I knew what it was going to cost. I paid the cost of the visit and was told it would be deducted from the final bill if they were hired to do the repairs and a quote would be forthcoming from the foreman. I waited a few days when I heard nothing, I sent a reminder. The response I received was the reason I was provided for the delay was "pricing out parts". Now its been more than a week, sent a second reminder and got no response. Not sure what the hold up was since all that needed to be replaced was some PVC pipe and couplings. Does it take more than a week to price out a small piece of PVC pipe and couplings? The charges were to provide an estimate/quote and I have received none. I expect that Calaway will reimburse me my money since the service requested was NOT provided.
