He came out quickly, wasn't pushing anything we didn't need, told us what was wrong and, after we said go ahead, he came back when he had the part and fixed it. Would definitely use his service again!

Jsn Appliances Repair has always done excellent work for us. Not only did they come quickly, replace the heating element in the dryer properly (as good as new), checked the dryer for any other future problems, they followed up with a phone call a couple of days later to confirm everything is working fine. Very professional and explained everything to me.

Sam was very knowledgeable,professional and meticulous in the service he provided. He came in the evening, well within the time period promised by JSN appliance repair. I felt that the amount charged was very fair . He also took time to thoroughly clean up the dust and lint that was on the laundry room floor following completely taking the dryer apart to find the problem.

Dryer was making noise when on heavy load. Sam did diagnosis and quickly determined the problem. I would recommend Sam to anyone with appliance problem. He is very knowledgeable and does very clean job. Good work Sam. Thanks.
