I am very handy and at almost 65 and I have always repaired my own appliances and indeed often fixed the appliances of family members and friends. l was nervous to trust someone to repair my stove.
But I am an essential worker and between working long hours, cooking ahead for a few family members and difficulty getting parts, I decided I had to take a chance on Sam from JSN.
He answered the phone even though it was after hours, he asked the right questions to make sure he had the parts to complete the job, he came when he said he was going to.
The price was fair . What a pleasure it was to come home to a working oven!

The washer broken down after the pandemic had started. He did a great job getting the proper part and it is working great now. Sam even followed up later to make sure it was working properly.
