I found JSN to be very knowledgeable, finding the problem - ordering and supplying the part to do the repair.
I found the owner to be very professional, respectful and very well organized. So nice to see a trade with a great attention to detail. We were kept informed by text along the way regarding availability and appointment date and time.
I hope we don't have to contact JSN too often but, they will be first on our list to contact for any further appliance problems.

Sam was very polite and gave the machine a thorough check. He gave a detailed estimate including time to get the part and returned to fix the machine as soon as the part was available. He was accurate in his estimate and professional. We were pleased we chose to go with his company and would recommend him to friends. His name and phone number has been added to our "fixer" list.

Oven would heat up but wound then turn off.
Problem diagnosed as needing new control panel which was ordered and replaced. Oven now working properly.

We have used JSN on multiple occasions because they are efficient & courteous.
Thanks to experience, Sam always comes prepared with possible replacement parts which reduces the need for subsequent visits.
The job is done quickly & no after mess.
