We scheduled an appointment with Dmitri to get a quote from Galaxy Windows in December. Dmitri was professional and he guided us through the window picking process. We settled on our window choices and paid deposit on the same night. The windows were ready for installation 2 months later. We set up our installation appointment; Alex showed up a bit early that morning and finished the installation of 5 windows in around 7 hours. Installation of the windows were completed professionally and we appreciate that Alex cleaned up after the installation. In just a couple days with the new windows, we could already notice a difference. Two of the rooms used to be cold in the winter but now they can retain heat a lot better and the rooms are a lot warmer!! We are 100% happy with the experience!

Sam fixed our dryer 3 years ago and it has been running fine since then. We called him again to fix our electric range oven and it was fixed within 2 weeks. Thanks!
