Washing machine clogged on Sunday afternoon and we found JSN through homestars with high reviews. So we gave Sam a call, expecting to leave a VM. He actually picked up and was able to schedule us within a day.
He was able to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix the problem. And within an hour we had a working washing machine again.
