After trying to obtain service from another company who never responded to my return phone calls, it was refreshing to have Same call me back, arrive on time, and provide excellent repair and maintenance on my washer and dryer. Our washer had broken down, and after Sam's step-by-step analysis of the situation, he found the problem - some pirate treasure stuck in the area of the water pump. (I really need to check my boys' pants pockets more carefully :) ) Sam carefully pulled apart the washer, and he was able to retrieve the large toy coin and check that the water pump was indeed ok. Next, Sam disassembled the front section and drum of our dryer to clean the lint build up from every crevice. You would be amazed at how much can build up in 3 years of use - a possible fire hazard. He was very thorough and both machines have been working perfectly since. I will definitely call Sam again for repairs and maintenance.
