I called Sam because my ~6 year old Kenmore dryer was not working and nothing in the owners manual could remedy this. He was there the next day as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem and made an effort to fix it. Initially the solution did not work completely, but he returned within two days once he had acquired the necessary part.
Sam kept in communication with me this entire time. Upon his return with the suitable part the problem was resolved and he spent an appropriate amount of time verifying that this would work. His rates seem in line with others in his field. He has great customer service, and is prompt with his service calls. He followed up a couple of days later to make sure the dryer was still working.
I told him I would be recommending him to anyone that I knew that may require appliance work.
