Our washer stopped spinning and draining, Sam was able to come to our rescue the next day and fixed the issue (clogged drain) that night. He was running a bit late but made sure to check we were still okay with the appointment before arriving. This is the second time weve worked with JSN for appliance repair. Highly recommend!
