Thank you, Sam, for fixing my washing machine! Based on all the positive reviews I called JSN with the hopes that my aging washing machine could be repaired. Sam diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part on hand. He took the time to explain the issue to me and once the repair was done, he stayed to be sure everything was working properly. He even repaired my loose dryer vent! I highly recommend JSN Appliance Repair and will definitely use them again!
