In this day and age it is difficult to find an appliance repair service that is professional and trustworthy. JSN is the only repair service that I use. Most recently Sam replaced the Infinite Switch on my glasstop KitchenAid range and the bottom oven element. He quickly diagnosed the problems and did the repair with OEM parts. I am very happy with the prompt, courteous and professional service I received.
