Sam turned up during the window promised.
He was brisk and business like. He explained what the potential problems were and told me the range of cost of each option.
He executed the job, efficiently and practiced good housekeeping. He trouble shooted, found the problem (blockage in the drain hose) and fixed.
He explain how to avoid a recurrence of that problem and was courteous in all his conversation.
I recommend Sam wholeheartedly.
