Sos Wildlife Control

There are many, many bad contractors out there, but SOS is Definitely not one of them! We initially contacted Sherwin (owner of SOS) to remove two wasp nests beside our roof, and he came with Jamie to do this job. While removing the nests, they took videos of our roof showing where raccoons/squirrels had damaged the vents, as well as the leaves in our eavestroughs. He provided info. about possible solutions to these problems, and also told us to contact other companies to see what they would charge (then he would beat their price!). We subsequently asked him to install Gutterstuff (he even purchased it for us w/o charging us his purchasing time and effort) to protect our eavestroughs from leaves, and to install cages to protect our vents from raccoons/squirrels. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and did everything he said that he would do...and more! This included cleaning out leaves from our skylight, and removing a new wasp nest that appeared about a week later...without charging us! We extremely highly recommend Sherwin and his SOS Company...they by far, live up to their name!

Sherwin safely removed a mother and baby raccoon from my roof. What I liked is that I called Sherwin on a holiday Sunday and he immediately said he would come right away. He was professional and prompt and provided a valuable service for the money.

Sherwin & Jamie are very friendly and professional they go out of their way to ensure their clients are satisfied with the service they provide. I have used them in the past whe we had red squirrel issues in the attic as well as problems with wasps and hornets. Every time I call on them they are very punctual with their appointments and remain on site until you're satisfied there has been a resolution to whatever issue you were having. I wouldnot hesitate to use them again if any other issues arise and I'd certainly recommend them to friends, family and neighbors without question.

We had a very pleasant experience while Sherwin was at our house removing the skunks that had taken up residence underneath our shed. Sherwin and his crew installed a a one-way trap so the skunks could exit humanely but not return. They also installed a guard around the shed that would prevent the skunks from digging to get underneath the shed should they decide to return. He was prompt, professional, thorough, and very friendly. He also provided a prompt follow-up to make sure that the skunks were gone. We highly recommend Sherwin and S.O.S. Wildlife Control.

I had the worst experience with another Pest Control company. I emailed S.O.S. At 11:30pm and received a reply, Sherwin called me within ten minutes. He put my concerns at ease and we set a time and date. He called and showed up on time. He was on the roof and video taped on his cell phone what he saw. He then sent it to my email, Jamie went up in the attic and checked the space. They did the extras that were required. A follow up appointment was made that same day.
S.O.S. showed up as scheduled. I have to say the level of respect and professionalism superseded any expectations. Do not hesitate for one moment to call this company.

We had squirrels that chewed off the vent covers and came inside the vents. I called around a few places and Sherwin had the best reviews and a good price. He came out in a timely manner and checked the vent and covered it with a better one. His quality of service was exceptional and Sherwin and his partner fixed the problem in no time after checking it thoroughly!! Thanks for the exceptional service Sherwin!

After finding raccoon poop in our yard and footprints all over some of our kids toys, we looked to homestars to find someone to remove the waste and help
to prevent future issues. We called the top few companies with the best reviews on homestars and sherwin had the best price. He was also able to come on Monday (we called him on saturday). He arrived on time and was super personable. He has kids and understood how and why we would be concerned with this raccoon issue and gave us lots of tips to prevent problems in the future. He was very thorough and told us what we needed to do without trying to up sell us on things we didn't need. Sherwin was very responsive by cell phone and was a pleasure to work with. I feel so much better after he left and would absolutely recommend his services to friends/family.

I Had raccoons eating at the deck one day and they were destroying the wood on my deck. They raccoons were also making there nesting grounds and leaving poop around the deck area. I was so thankful that I called sos wildlife control. The guys came (very friendly) and told us how to solve the problems. They dug around our deck(like a small trench) and put animal prove screening to keep the raccoons away from the deck and also installed a raccoon one way door on our deck in case there were racoons underneath the deck so that the racoons could come out but not come in. They were great people to work with, esay to talk too, funny, and showed up on time. They also gave us tips on what we could do and what to look for if other animals started to Come to the house. Sos wildlife control gave me the best service. Sos wildlife control I felt did a better service than other companies I called. I would recommend sos wildlife to any one in the GTA with wildlife problems. Thank sos wild life team!

Sherwin and Jaimie showed up on time and were polite, courteous and highly knowledgeable on how to best take care of a starling's nest that had been lodged in an outdoor airvent in my home. They also installed special preventative "gates" on at least 3 possible entryways in 3 additional airvents around my home to prevent this from happening in future. I highly recommend calling them in if you experience any kind of uninvited wildlife guests in your home! Thks a lot guys!

I used S.O.S. Wildlife Control's services to help with a baby raccoon situation. The raccoon's had nested under some tarps covering our patio furniture in early Spring. I understand that raccoons can be a huge nuisance in Toronto, but I am a very compassionate person that loves animals. So after hearing the cries of a baby raccoon and discovering it was tangled up and in distress, I contacted S.O.S. Wildlife. It was a long weekend and after trying to reach others for assistance, S.O.S. Wildlife Control was willing to help. Not long after speaking with an employee, he and a colleague came out to check on the situation. Sadly, one of the baby raccoons had already passed, but they were able to untangle the other raccoon and reunite it with it's mom. Their staff took care of helping to clean up the area and removed the other deceased baby raccoon. I was very impressed by their gentle and compassionate nature. They went above and beyond.
