Sos Wildlife Control

My neighbor and I had a raccoon problem, we called SOS company for help and they came the very next day. They fixed the problem and removed the raccoon from the attic of my neighbor and fixed my six roof vents and secured them with a steel net. I dealt with Shervin and Jamie, What a wonderful and friendly folks they are! they fixed the problem very fast and they did a great and professional job. Shervin took videos before and after and advised us on the best cheapest solution. I hope I will never have this problem again but if I do, then this company is my "Go to" company. I truly recommend these guys if you have a wildlife problem in your house. Shervin and Jamie, thank you for the job well done.

Had a raccoon in the attic. Called 4 companies and SOS came in at the best price. Came within 24 hrs and raccoon movement in the attic disappeared in just about the same amount of time! Excellent service. Thorough follow-up. Would use SOS again but I know I won't have to. Thanks again guys!

Our house is 17 years old and 2 days ago we heard scratching sounds coming from the attic. We called SOS the next morning and within the same day they stopped by to do an assessment. Sherwin does an incredibly thorough job on his assessment and even checked the roofs of the neighbouring townhomes for holes to ensure he knows the source and cause of the noise I was hearing. They came back the next day and installed poison traps. They were very punctual and on time for both the assessment and return visit. I'm overall very happy with the experience. It's very hard to find quality contractors this day, so SOS is a rare gem.

My husband and I have been living in our home for ten years and have pigeon problems going onto the roof and around the house and making a big mess. My husband got really frustrated and asked me to look for a company to deal with the situation so I looked online and found SOS Wild Life Control Inc and met both Sherwin and Jamie and they were absolutely fabulous, professional and more importantly very friendly and did an awesome and sufficient job with their work installing the pigeon spikes and ever since not seen one pigeon or bird in our house. We had a dead raccoon under an extension to our home. I wish I had called SOS first! Unfortunately by the time I called them the situation had become very difficult to fix. The animal could not be removed. But Sherwin and his partner didn't leave me high and dry like other companies. They worked for hours to make the best of a horrible situation. Wildlife proofing and disinfecting, anything they could. I would highly recommend them. Living near a ravine, I know exactly who to call should I have problems with animals again. 10/10!!

Sherwin at SOS was wonderful to deal with. When I called the company he responded within minutes. He explained exactly what the problem and what the options were. He educated us on the causes of the problem and solutions. He showed us videos of the problem and of the finished work. He was friendly, helpful and fair.

We had a very big problem with squirrels, they got into our bay window and got trapped. Sherwin and Jamie did a phenomenal job removing them from our ceiling. They explained everything to us and they knew exactly what to do. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. After waiting for 3 days for someone to pick up a little rabbit that unfortunately passed away, I decided to call another number. I called numerous "animal control" or "animals services" type of services and all of which had made empty promises, including OSPCA. I was extremely shocked by S.O.S. And how amazing and prompt they were with the situation. Within 10mins the man showed up, and he doesn't even specialize in this stuff, so that was very impressive. I care a lot about animals, and I am for sure saving the number for s.o.s. Since I know they're a trusted, honest and professional company.

I started hearing sounds in my ceiling at the front door and gradually getting closer in the interior walls. I figured it must be the squirrels that I have been seeing them around my house lately. I went online and found SOS. The website is simple, direct and easy to understand as to what they do. I called them up and Sherwin explained clearly the procedure and what he can help me out with. He came the next day and spent his time performing his work professionally even under the rain. I also understood more on how wildlife live from him hence I decided to 'wildlife prevent' my house.

It's been a day now and I literally saw a small squirrel trying to go back into the hole but he couldn't. He is still wandering around my house but I know he should have no other entry point at this point, except the garage or the front door, which I hope not. Hope he (and his friends) will gradually find another spot to live.

Can't say enough good things about Sherwin's services in helping us get rid of a raccoon in our roof. Sherwin was a pleasure to deal with, and always responded promptly, even after regular business hours (very convenient for me since I'm at work during the day). He had to come out a couple times because our soffits were in such a bad state that they needed to be replaced before he could properly do his work. He didn't charge us extra for having to make the extra visit and all his work was done very professionally. All in all it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
