We had a mother raccoon and 3 baby raccoons in our attic living on top of our heads for 2-3 months and had no idea that they were there !!!! So after hearing noises that kept increasing especially around night time we started getting worried. First we thought it was the pipeline that was making noise but, after getting an inspector in we knew it wasn't any pipes so he suggested that we may have a wildlife problem. after some research I reached out to S.O.S wildlife and spoke with Rob. He Gave me advice and suggestions on how to deal with the situation and to keep calm. A couple of hours later he was at my door as promised and had to inspect my roof and attic. He told me that I had raccoons living in my attic and that he will put humane traps for them and once they are trapped he will return to remove them and release all of them. Everything went according to plan he was very gentle and humane in the way he handled the raccoons and answered every question I had about the process and procedures and he also gave me more information on how to prevent future wildlife incidents. Bottom line great attitude, punctual, humane and very professional !!!!!! Thanks Rob :)
