I hired Chris to complete a home maintenance review of my house. The report was very thorough. It provided a detailed summary of the “current state” of my house and I have used the report to ensure that my biggest investment (my home) is well maintained. I think all homeowners should have these home maintenance reviews completed by a qualified professional every 5 years.
