We hired Jeff Hayes Contracting to do a complete renovation of our main bathroom. Jeff is an honest, reliable, hard-working person. He arrived daily until our renovation was complete, kept us informed of the on-going progress and plan of work. He communicated and consulted with us throughout the entire project. He is clearly knowledgeable in all the various trades required to complete the work (electrical, plumbing, tiling, flooring and installation of bathroom fixtures). He always introduced any additional employees who arrived to work (eg. Mike his electrician). He was respectful of us and our home. There were several preventable mishaps during the renovation, which is the reason for the lower rating, but Jeff was quick to address and resolve them.

I appreciate you guys taking the time to write a review. we did have a few issues while doing your bathroom, namely we made a wrong cut on the vinyl flooring and had to order a new roll at our cost, clients shouldn't have to pay for our mistakes. we also had to repair and re paint the ceiling downstairs because the toilet shutoff wasn't properly tightened. they were certainly preventable mishaps on our part. in the end your bathroom does look very good and I am glad that I had a chance to work for you. even with the hiccups you were very patient and understanding throughout the process. unfortunately not all renovations go according to plan and I feel it is the contractors responsibility to correct any mistakes at their cost and not pass them along to the clients.
