Can't say much for our high end stove which stopped baking at barely 2 yrs age. A call to Tras met with courteous response and scheduled call. Tech was punctual and quick to diagnose. Parts ordered and repair followed fairly soon. All was working just in time for holiday dinners. We appreciated the communication and follow up by office staff. If only our range maker performed as well. Would recommend Tras to others.
