Mvl Movers

I took service of MVL movers for my move from Markham to Chicago. We had a contract based on flat rate provided.
After the movers picked up all the furniture, i got a updated invoice asking for additional charge for some items which was already part of initial contract , and for some items which doesnt exists .
I called company and they promised me that i just need to let drivers know and they will refund the additional amount .
On the day of delivery , MVL moves asked me to pay full amount first before unloading the items.

During the unloading of furniture , I told the drivers about all duplicate items , missing items .

Since then , I am calling the company for but they are not picking the phone or just hanged up .

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. MOVING FROM TORONTO TO BOSTON, I HAD A PROMISED DATE OF JUNE 26/27 WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME LATE AFTERNOON ON SUNDAY THE DAY OF. THEN NEVER SHOWED UP. I RESCHEDULED IT FOR FRIDAY, WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE AT 8PM, AND ONE GUY WHO IS 70YRS OLD SHOWED UP AT MIDNIGHT SAYING I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW FOR MY MOVING PEOPLE TO COME!!! AT THIS POINT IM WAY TOO FRUSTRATED AND MYSELF AND THIS MAN DID THE WHOLE MOVE. I TALKED TO YUNI ON THE PHONE REQUESTING TO RENEGOTIATE SINCE THEY DID NOT DELIVER 2 MOVERS AND HE REFUSED AND SAID THEY COULDNT RELEASE MY STUFF UNTIL I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT. BEYOND TERRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM. MY STUFF WAS ALSO DAMAGED IN THE TRUCK WITH BOXES BROKEN AS FURNITURE SCRATCHED.

MVL Movers have moved me thrice in the past 2 years and they did a great job every time. They are a very accommodating and friendly team of movers who take care of all your moving needs. MVL Movers showed up on time, were quick and very polite. They had some issue with an inconvenient parking situation, but they didn't complain and carried all my stuff up two flights up the stairs without damaging a thing. The price was right and the estimate was accurate. If I need to move again I know who I'm calling!

I hired MVL to move us from the US to Calgary, including a car. The initial quotes and phone calls were handled efficiently and politely. The loading of the truck was careful and we were kept informed of the progress of the journey.
The delivery and move into the house was similar - great care was taken and

Within a week of planning my transition from Toronto-Calgary, it was made so conveniently easy by mvl movers, I didn't have to drive my car in a three day trip alone. My car and furnitures arrived in good condition and handled professionally by Michael and team. By the time I arrived Calgary, all my belongings are neatly stored in the basement and my car is waiting for me in the driveway. The transition went on smoothly and I was assured that all will be taken care of as expected. I still have other belongings to follow and for sure I will use mvl movers and their service to transport my stuff to Calgary. I would highly recommend this company.
