They are currently work with me to address concerns.
Overall enclosure looks good and performs as expexted.
Looking forward to dry space for winter storage of wet clothes and wo ter toys.
Bad customer service
Had a porch enclosure installed.
The opening for the door was 67"
They installed a 67" door plus door frame.
Door now hangs over a drop off!
They say they did everything per contract and as it is only over the drop by about 2 inches that is no big deal!
If you pay someone to build you a 67" door why would the frame that they include not be part of the 67"?
They did not even make it so the bottom of the double door stop flush (they bow inward, top stops flush). They tried to tell me that is to make the doors close correct.
They now have stop responding to my emails, but they made sure the chequr my wife gave them got in the bank before a stop payment could be issued.
