Ray was very professional and courteous. He followed through in completing the task of finding parts to fix my old double-hung windows. He completed the repairs with care and thoroughness.

RAM has installed windows and doors at our last two homes. We have always been impressed by the work done and with the quality of doors and windows carried by RAM. Ray stands behind all his work and is quick to respond if the need arises. We have been happy to recommended him to our friends, and we would use him again in the future.

We needed a new front door and some vinyl work done on some windows. Ray gave us a detailed quote and was very competitive price wise. There was no pressure to sign and he let us take our time going over door styles/colors and when we were ready we let him know. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Always left the area he was working in as clean as when he arrived. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We changed a den window and RAM's pricing was competitive with other companies. We had received very good recommendations. Raymond took his time with us explained everything . We gave him the contract for the den window and Ray's work is very detailed, precise,and very clean. I have never has a contractor leave the house the way it was before the installation. The window is soundproof and a very good quality. I would recommend RAM for any windows. Ray we will give you a call when we decide to change the front door..

Pricing was great in comparison to competitors. Ray has great customer service skills. We weren't rushed through the process and Ray took the time to go through the options with us and show samples. The work was excellent! Great quality products and workmanship. We LOVE our new front door! We will definitely call Ray for future door/window renovations.

I contacted R.A.M. from out of town and had them measure and give me a quote for a custom exterior door. The quote was good so I had them contact my Tenant and have the door installed. I was very pleased and satisfied with the work, cost, and dealing with R.A.M.

Having RAM previously install windows in our house, we didn't hesitate to get have them install our basement windows. A professional job as always was completed and the cleanup afterward was exceptional.

Very experienced individual, on time, courteous, professional and a sense of humour. My door was not a quick fit, much work had to be done, but by the time the installation was complete, it was as if the storm door was precisely built for the house. The quality of the windows and installation was first class and Raymond's manner of dealing with customers can only be commended. R.A.M. Home improvements provided a textured vinyl (stone style) cladding over the wood areas between and under our front bay windows. He discovered and repaired some significant carpenter ant damage under the original wood and repaired it solidly before applying an excellent looking stone textured vinyl.
