An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hello Ray,
I wanted to write and thank you very much for the excellent job you did with my windows.
I am very pleased with the windows themselves - they are working and looking great! Your quality products continue to impress me. In addition, I want to recognize your superb client service. You did everything just right, from the big to the little things: a clear, no pressure estimate; beautiful installation; arriving right on time; cleaning up afterwards. It all added up to money very well spent.
Thank you again. This is the third time I've hired you over the past decade, and I will definitely not hesitate to call on you again.
Kind regards,
Mary C.

Thanks Mary! I really appreciate your comment about 'superb client service' as this is and always will be one of my goals to customers. This is the difference between large company and a private one where you deal directly with company owner/installer. My reputation rests on it. Kind Regards, Ray :-)
