I contacted Bryce when the entry lock of our home broke. He was at our door by the end of the day (and at the agreed upon time), to tackle the repair. He made the repair using a spare part that he had in his truck. He could have told me the lock needed to be replaced, and I would have been no wiser. The lock now operates much more smoothly than it did before it broke. I am very happy with the service that Bryce provided.
