Greg was terrific. Quick and thorough quote. We had soil and root issues, but the work crew came early and stayed late to do the job right. Hard working courteous guys. They removed the small roots that had spread under and were killing the current lawn and tilled it to 6 inches before new soil/sod. We went with 3" of top soil as we also had sandy soil. I used Greg and his team's service to re-sod my backyard, which was infested by fast growing weeds. Greg came in and sprayed special vinegar that kills everything very efficiently. And his team came in on time on the day to re-sod the backyard. The workers seemed to enjoy what they do and left the job site clean. I saw them hosing down my fence cuz the machine sent dirt flying everywhere. I wouldn't expect some of those cheaper sodding service would do cleanup like this. And Greg's follow-up just adds another layer of professionalism to what they do.

Niko's Gardening installed new sod in our backyard. Shortly after raccoons began tearing up our lawn looking for grubs.The damage was extensive so we contacted Greg at Niko's Gardening who responded quickly to the problem with the perfect remedy. A fine metal protective raccoon net was installed over the new sod and that solved the problem. We hired Niko's Gardening Inc to give our front yard a face lift. From the initial quote, done by Greg, to the final result we had an amazing experience with the team at Niko's. We had a front yard full of weeds, plants and shrubs that died from the ice storm. The team removed it all and left us with a beautiful green and health lawn.

Niko's has been taking care of our lawn and our snow removal for 2 years, and we are very happy with the service provided. During the warm months, we are thrilled with the health of our grass, and get compliments on its appearance from neighbours all the time! In winter, snow is removed quickly and early - we never worry about getting out of our driveway after a big snow storm. Niko's will even return for a second round of plowing/shovelling if required. The company is excellent at communicating with customers and will send out emails with status of plows during storms. We never wonder if they will show up in any season - they're always prompt, and keep us up-to-date.
