View Time Glass & Mirror

View Time Glass and Mirror installed a frameless glass shower in my master ensuite. Installation was completed by Siva on January 3, 2021.

In September 2021 the glass shower door started to sag and rub against the other glass. I messaged Siva regarding the issue and expressed my concern that this could compromise the glass and become a safety issue. After countless attempts to schedule repair, Siva ignored me.

On June 15, 2022 the glass door exploded. Luckily my 2 or 3 year old children or anyone else were not in the ensuite at the time. The shards of glass also damaged the marble jam around the shower.

Siva ignored my messages and phone calls. When he did respond, he would make false claims that the glass was in production and schedule times for install but never show up. I would have to take days off work to be present, and he would not show up and not answer his phone.

Siva has still not addressed the issue, and either ignores me or makes up excuses when he accidently picks up my phone calls.

I had recently broken a part of my glass shelf. I thought I was going to need to purchase a new glass shelf as the glass size was a customized one. However, I contacted them and gave the measurements I required to fit it. In 2 days, the glass piece was cut and fit perfectly. Jay was especially helpful in the whole process - anything glass related you should look no further. Exceptional work! Would recommend looking at their other work because when it's time I know I'm going to come back here.

View Time Glass & Mirror reached out to me to install a sliding glass shower door at my investment property condo.

Communication was great at every step of the way which I really appreciated considering the current covid-19 time we are in.

We had one small hiccup where the glass got chipped on install day but Jay and his team made sure that this got corrected asap and a new piece of glass was cut as soon as possible.

Overall, the door is exactly what I had in mind, looks awesome, and the price point was very fair.

I would not hesitate to do business with View Time again and will definitely reach out when it comes time for another bathroom reno.

My husband and I contracted View Time Glass & Mirror to renovate 3 of our bathroom showers and to convert our existing staircase into a frameless glass railing. Our contractor had recommended them to us based on previous projects he had worked with them on, so we were fairly confident that they would do a good job as our contractor is very good friends with us. View time came in the next day after our appointment was set up and had taken all the measurements they needed in the same day. Within a 10 days they had come back to start the job and it only took them 2 days to finish everything. We are more than happy with the work they completed and everything looks beautiful!
