An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We have found the principals to be very efficient and thoughtful in their approach to reviewing projects, providing cost estimates and timelines for work. On three separate occasions over many years now we have had the group in to review our projects and offer proposals. Invariably we have found the cost estimates to be fair relative to other providers, importantly the quality of the work and interaction during the project have been superior to other services we have experienced with other providers. Finally, circumstances always arise when someone is in your home, tearing walls apart or creating sawdust. In these situations we have found Colin to be forthright, thoughtful in his explanations to rectify matters with other trades or tile/plumbing outlets with "I will get it fixed on your behalf" without additional headache for ourselves.
