Pair Home Design

This was a penthouse deck on a fourth storey condo. No access for long boards. all material had to hand carried up the stairs. 4 contractors did not want to do the job unless the home owner arranged for the materials to be on the deck. Deck was on a flat membrane roof , so sleepers had to be installed first. Pair came to the rescue with no hesitation . The deck looks fabulous and is build to roof inspectors specs. The site was clean and the job on budget and schedule. Thanks Joseph for the huffing and puffing.
