It was an absolute pleasure to have Tom Lompart be lead contractor on my major reno project (gut, reconfigure and rebuild entire kitchen from ground up, glass shower, new hardwood through entire house and new stone work on fireplace face. What I appreciated most was that he is one of those "old school perfectionists". He is meticulous. His work is impeccable - and if there's even the slightest little slip-up, or oversight, he stays on top of it until it is perfect! He was also great at "reeling me in" to ensure that I didn't go over-budget with all the last minute add-ons I dreamed up along the way. Tom supervised every trades person who worked on my reno and insisted that they deliver the super-high quality that he expects and he was very conscientious about scrutinizing their invoices, etc., to ensure that I was not over-charged. I also loved his constant attention to keeping everything "neat, clean, and tidy" at every step along the way. There was much less mess than I expected because everything was swept, vacuumed, and/or washed at the end of every workday. Tom earned my trust quickly (and I am a VERY skeptical person, by nature) because he delivered EXACTLY what he promised. He also has a great eye for design, and he provided suggestions and tips along that way that made a huge difference to the beautiful end-result. If you are looking for high quality and real integrity in your choice of renovators, I can't imagine how any competitor could do better. It's great to know that there are still people and companies like this. Tom's approach speaks for itself when you see examples of his projects. I don't know when I'll do a reno again, but when I do, I know exactly who I'm going to hire for the job! I've told him that I'm prepared to talk to any potential clients who want to learn more about his capacity to deliver at 110%.

I have know Tom for over 14 years. I used him for this job which was the entire flooring in the house & also bathroom walls. Work is top notch & never a call back. I highly recommend him for any project.

Tom Lompart is a meticulous tiler. Unbelievable result. Tub deck built and tiled, large tub set into concrete, countertops installed, floor to ceiling tiled shower, concrete floor and tiled... An absolute expert in his field. Incredible work ethic.
