Maid Of All Work Burlington/Oakville

We decided to try Maid of All Work based on reviews on this site which were quite promising. Despite a clear chain of emails, a cleaning crew failed to materialize on the day of the first scheduled cleaning. After being promised "this would never happen again" we decided to continue with their services. Over the next 10 or so cleanings, 2 of them were actually worth the $130 we spent per cleaning (keep in mind this is for cleaning 2 BR, 3 bathrooms, and a small living/dining room and a kitchen).
On multiple occasions, our master bath was barely cleaned, with the toilet still dirty, and the master shower essentially untouched.
The final straw for us was today, when we had arranged a cleaning a week in advance, I received an email (not even a phone call) at the time the cleaning was scheduled to begin stating that the team would not be there to clean my home that day. After telling me it was impossible to arrange a cleaning that day, a team miraculously became available ~ 3:30 pm (when I stated we would not continue utilizing their services), and proceeded with the most perfunctory cleaning to date. While we are happy to spend a premium on a cleaning service that delivers as promised, Maid of All Work unfortunately did not.
