Excellent service throughout, from initial contact via email and through to completion of the challenging project.
We contacted Nick as a local guy to renovate our shower cabin as well as setting some new tile around the bathtub. It was a pleasure to deal with Nick: honest, professional, easy-going, fantastic attitude, cares about his reputation and the quality of his work, proofed his real intention to help and solve the problem, great taste which helped us to pick up the right tile, patience, ability to answer all questions, always prompt and polite in the way he carried out his work which was to very high standard, always cleaning before leaving, very friendly and efficient, clear understanding of the process and very reasonable price! Slight timing issue: some delay but we confirmed with Nick that we did not mind. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent work around the house done by a very intelligent and responsible contractor. Nothing was a trouble. Nick the owner of Vrbanatz Built and is an unbelievable contractor! He is trustworthy, has impeccable attention to detail, and does precision work. Save your money and don’t hire a designer. Nick has great ideas and works with you to bring his and your designs to fruition. He gutted our ensuite and now I have the nicest bathroom I have ever seen. Kitchen work is fantastic. We also put in new hardwood floor in our bedrooms. Excellent angle cuts around the built-ins in the closets. All of this AND he came in budget! We highly recommend Vrbanatz Built and are already planning another project for him.

Nick came in and saved us from a DIY project we started but ran out of steam on. He was amazing. Super friendly and easy to get along with, having him in the house furioa stressful covid time was absolutely a pleasure and I have no regrets. His work is clean, and the results are stunning. He's helpful and willing to talk through ideas and VERY patient with an indecisive home owner. In addition to knocking out our bathroom beautifully, he also came back to wrap up smaller back splash projects for us. Everything looks beautiful and as happy as we are with the results, we're sad to see Nick go!

Nick is amazing to work with. He always showed up on time and did what he said he would do. He was competitive in his pricing and easy to work with. The people he recommends are top notch. As a general contractor I LOVED how he didn’t just sub out the work and wash his hands clean. He was physically onsite himself to monitor his workers.

We had our en suite bathroom completely renovated. We had some mold built up and needed it torn out due to health concerns, there was no fan installed in the original build. Nick took the time to inspect and made sure all the mold was removed before starting the reno. With the help of an interior designer, Nick worked very well with our design. He was meticulous with the tile pattern, both on the floor and the shower. He designs the shower niche to perfection and the finished shower is spectacular. Everything from the floor to shower to bath to cabinetry is very professional and it shows. We're very impressed with Nick's work ethic and organizational skills.
We highly recommend Nick for any home renos and he'll be doing our next bathroom.

I needed a ceiling drywall job done in short notice - Nick and his team were able to fit me into their busy schedule and complete the work over a weekend (insulation, channeling, drywall, taping, mudding & sanding) all within two days with no issues. Once completed, work was done beautifully and seamless. I would recommend Nick and his crew to anyone and I will be using them again on upcoming home renovations.

Nick was very professional! His work is very high quality and he communicated all possibilities, what would work and not work very clearly. He was knowledgeable and trust worthy. He got the job done within a reasonable timeline. I highly recommend him!

Nick installed helped install our marble tiles at our home entrance and powder room. He was prompt and had all the right supplies and tools ready to start working. He was also patient with us to make decisions about the lay-outs. The work was excellent.

He also helped finish a flooring job that another contractor had abandoned. It was the most difficult parts around door entrances and curved edges. He got it all done to perfection making better cuts than the original contractor for a great finish. He was also sure to cleanup after each job.

Nick has given us a beautiful basement and bathroom. He is meticulous and doesn’t cut corners. What is most impressive is his attention to detail. I would highly recommend him.
