Dwayne came to assess our current gas line to determine the most cost effective option to hookup our outdoor kitchen BBQ. We were impressed with his knowledge, honesty, pricing and efficiency in getting the job completed for us. We would highly recommend!

Cool Flame has done 3 jobs for us in the last year. Darren came to service our furnace last winter - quick fix, and relatively inexpensive. This summer Dwayne replaced our AC unit and repaired our Mother's AC unit. On all occasions they were responsive - of course it is always urgent when you are uncomfortably cold or hot! They were also professional, courteous and did what needed to be done efficiently and effectively. They did what they said they would do, for the price quoted. We will certainly use Cool Flame again for our heating and AC needs and would recommend them without hesitation.
