Dwayne is incredible. He’s helped us over a couple of different years and projects and he’s easily our go-to.

The work Dwayne has done has been exceptional - we’ve never had an issue with something he’s done for us. He’s highly responsive, transparent, and makes you feel very comfortable in potentially stressful situations (like, “I didn’t budget this furnace to blow up at the same time as my first kiddo comes.”).

Dwayne and his helper were great to deal with. Very pleased with the installation. Everything looks so neat and tidy with services run neatly along back of building and clipped securely. I really liked their attention to detail many people wouldn’t notice. They took the time to paint the gas pipe and seal around the holes drilled on the siding to the pool room. Inside the pool room all connections were run so neat with minimal elbows it looks like it was planned for this from day 1. All packaging was taken and area left clean when job was complete.
Heater works great. It’s nice and quiet and brought our 14000g pool from 65f up to 75f in about 4 hours. The built in digital display is very easy to use.

I highly recommend Cool Flame. We have used Cool Flame for heating, cooling and water tank services. Dwayne and Jeremy are very professional, knowledgeable and their great work is greatly appreciated.

Was having trouble with a high limit switch which was preventing the burner from igniting. Dwayne talked through a few things with me over the phone to try and solve it before we decided a visit from one of his Technicians was required (this was even on a Sunday). The service was prompt and efficient and I was back up and running within an hour of the technician arriving. Would definitely recommend Cool Flame to others. They have also installed a BBQ gas line and performed A/C service for me, which was also top notch.
