Dwayne squeezed me in during a very busy Saturday, on same day notice, when I needed my heater serviced. Enbridge "A" tagged my gas line because they felt my heater required a pressure relief valve. Unfortunately, Enbridge techs make money when they tag gas lines and it turned out a PR valve was not necessary. They just cite codes without really looking into the situation. Dwayne took care of the tag and now we are enjoying the pool. I highly recommend DTM because of the fast, friendly and very honest approach in which they do business.

Dwayne replaced two separate furnaces and conformed the duct work to work with one unit. He was extremely professional and had the best prices around! Dwayne came in with the best quote.on a job for switching from forced air electric to natural gas. We had all appliances switched over including new duct work in an addition in a Century home. He was great in explaining the how and why. The job was completed as promised in a very neat and timely manner.

I went into my basement at around 10 pm to discover my carpet was wet and my hot water tank was leaking. I called DTM and Dwayne was at my house in Peterborough within an hour to replace the hot water tank. Dwayne is extremely knowledgable and honest, not trying to upsell products, instead suggesting you the best solution for your money as he would do in his own home. He takes pride in his work, which is why I recommend his services to friends and family.

When my furnace quit on one of the coldest days this winter, I called DTM and got a very quick response.
Dwayne was out to my house, and assessed the situation with a few hours. Turns out one of the heat exchanger tubes was blown out. Dwayne went over the different furnaces available to me and discussed cost and payment options. They showed up the next day ready to go. They were very clean and courteous laying down mats on my newly laid flooring. I was upgrading from a
mid-efficiency to a high efficiency unit which also meant they had to run new intake and exhaust venting. The entire process from start to finish took about 3-4 hours.
I was very impressed with how clean and efficient they were and how accommodating they were with the questions I had and the information they provided.
I also like the fact that they have an app that you can use to book the yearly maintenance through.
I would highly recommend Dwayne and his team to anyone who needs a new furnace or maintenance on their existing furnace. I’m going to get him back to look at my air conditioner unit in the spring.

During the ice storm we lost power for 40 hours. When the hydro was restored, we noticed that our furnace was not working properly. Being the 23rd of December, we thought we would be out of luck finding someone to help us out. A friend of ours recommended calling Dwayne and I'm glad we did. His schedule was completely booked for that day but he did take the time to walk us through a temporary fix until he could come by. We mentioned that we would be leaving for holidays on the 25th and that we were worried that the 'temporary fix' wouldn't hold until we returned. Dwayne made time for us the very next day. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. We thought having someone come in on such short notice and on christmas eve day, was going to cost us an arm and a leg, but the price to fix our furnace was fair and reasonable. The peace of mind we had during our holiday is priceless. I would definitely call Dwayne again and I will also be recommending him to anyone who asks.

Dwayne goes above and beyond and ALWAYS looks to save us money. He turned out to help us with a POOL HEATER issue over Christmas, fitting us in between Turkey and Christmas Pudding with no extra charge for the emergency turn out. He delivers EXCELLENT service when ever required.

Dwayne is a real pro. He took care of cleaning thev furnace, replacing the filter and giving me a tip on saving money on my next filter purchases. He is the type of person I like dealing with because he cares about what he does and takes pride in his work. There aren't too many of those around anymore.
