I had this job done last August and forgot to post my review but still wanted to now as the service was excellent! Dwayne was able to fit my job in before a chilly weekend so we could enjoy our pool and the workmanship was top notch at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend them.

A couple of weeks ago, our furnace seemed to be having issues heating our house. As we have had Dwayne come in on short notice in the past (during the ice storm) and were extremely pleased with his service, it made sense to call him again for this new problem. Even though he was on holiday, he made sure to reply very quickly to my call and told me that Jeremy would be coming in to have a look at the furnace. Jeremy was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and he was able to supply us with a new circuit board for our furnace in a timely manner. He was very courteous and respectful while in our home. We were very satisfied with this Company. The price was comparable to other quotes that we got.
They literally rolled out the red carpet from the front door to the basement to keep our floors clean and dry. They were very careful not to damage trim, walls etc while bringing in and removing the water tank. My furnace quit working the middle of the night and I called Cooflame (Dwayne) regarding the problem. He got on this issue very promptly and sent Jeremy to service the furnace. Dwayne did such a great job on our gas pool heater a few months ago that I thought I'd get him to start up our gas fireplace, which hasn't been used in over 10 years. He checked all the lines, thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed inside, and cleaned the glass screen, making it look brand new. Finally he took time to show us how to start the pilot and the system in the winter. We were impressed with his reliability and professionalism. Once again, Dwayne convinced us that he is the "go to" guy for our heating needs.

DTM originally supplied me with a free on-site quote for a replacement furnace and new Air Conditioner Install. Dwayne was courteous and knowledgeable. After getting a variety of quotes, DTM supplied me with a very fair quote. During installation day Dwayne and his crew were very respectful of the home (laying mats in walkways) and did a great job. The furnace and air conditioner work great and we would highly recommend DTM Heating and Cooling to all of our family and friends. If we ever need another replacement Furnace or Air Conditioner DTM will be the first ones we call.

we recently bought a new house with no a/c and we called Dwayne up and he took the time to return our call and then make the quote. He also chose the best unit that would work for our home. Dwayne also was very efficient with when he would come and do it and how long it would take. We also had Dwayne and Jeremy install our gas stove.
