We needed to replace our old gas fireplace. Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone explained the options and answered all my questions. He quickly followed up and the installer showed up on time on the appointed day. The installer did a great job of removing the old gas fireplace and installing the new one, even managing to preserve the existing mantle.
