Geoff was on time,and paid attention to every detail, no matter how minor it was in comparison to the bigger issues in the house. His report was very thorough, easy to read, and completed in less than 24 hours. He is very knowledgeable AND very friendly, so it was a pleasure working with him. I was present for the entire inspection, and my 5 year old son tried to help, so I was happy that Geoff took time to explain things to my son as well, and included him in small jobs, like peeking behind the washer and dryer.
