Geoff provided us with a home inspection. He was very detailed and spent alot of time with us explaining the steps he was taking and tests he was running. Very professional and efficient. He made sure all our concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend his services.

Geoff was very thorough with his inspection and report. His report was over 60 pages long but easily understood. As a first time home buyer, he gave me a lot of information on caring for my new home. He offered to follow up with me should I have any questions down the road. Geoff made my home buying experience much less daunting!

Geoff inspected the home thoroughly and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what his findings were. He stopped several times to ask if I had an questions about the house or inspection. He was clear about the issues he found, but not alarmist about them. His report was 60 odd pages long, very detailed, and very informative with regards to how his findings compared to established code and construction norms. Very professional, very courteous, and very thorough. He answered a lot of questions, even the dumb obvious ones, and took the time to show us exactly what he saw.

His report was very easy to read through without a lot of industry jargon, pictures were included of problem areas to remind us what he'd shown us.

He gave several tips on how to repair minor things, and offered recommendations on professional services where he felt it was above your average DIY abilities.

One of the things that stood out in my experience with Geoff who did the home inspection on July 6, 2016 of the property I was looking at, was that he kept on encouraging me to look at more cost-effective, Do-It-Yourself and practical solutions on how to maintain and improve the property. Geoff was thorough in his inspection and offered to answer my inquiries down the road. He provided me with the home inspection report the following day. In my opinion, it was time well spent. If other people approach me for a recommendation, I will not hesitate to recommend REI - Real Estate Inspections.
