The inspector is very knowledgeable and friendly. apart from the professionalism that he has, he also likes to explain in details to the client all the systems and and aspects of the house that you must be aware of. As first home buyer, i learned a lot from this inspector, in a span of 3 hrs.
he also gives tips and tricks, in which as a home owner you should be able to handle yourself. i would recommend him to anyone. No doubt.
