We purchased our first home in Canada last week and had Michael come over for the home inspection. He did great job, very detail and professional. He explained to us each single thing he found that needs to be taken care of and answered any questions we had. The inspection was thorough and findings were detailed in an easy to read format, bound together for future reference. Michael was punctual for our appointment and very personable.
