I tried to unclog a drain with a heavy duty chemical which melted, stained, bubbled and flaked the porcelain. I got quotes as high as $1,000 and as low as $300 so I took the one with the best phone mannerism with a middle price. The technicians showed up on time and immediately set out to work. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes! The tub looked better than before the accident. Superior Refinishing was the right choice. I wish every company was as professional as they are.

The two service men arrived on time, were professional and courteous and finished the job within the scheduled time. Cleaned up the work site before they left. Highly satisfactory job performance.

I hired this company to refinish my pinkish 1960's bathtub in bright white. Email communication with the company was excellent. Ryan was punctual, a really friendly guy, and he did an amazing job, taking care to protect the area around the tub, etc. It looks like a brand new bathtub and it totally changes the look and appeal of my bathroom. I have renovated my washroom except for the shower area. But after completing my renovation, my shower area looked so outdated. I didn't want to replace the tub and the wall tiles due to cost, the mess it will cause and the need to use the shower immediately. I searched the web and found Superior Refinishing to offer the best product. I like the final layers of clear coat which the competitors do not offer. It hardens the glazing much like that of a car paint, really glossy.The technology they use probably outlasts others as they offer a 5 year guaranty. So far, I didn't find that from the others. The 2 technicians are very expert, they arrived on time, the job was done in 6 hours. Communication with Kim, the manager was very good whether by phone or email.

We contracted Superior to refinish our tub and tile surround. The job looks and feels amazing. The tiles and tub have a deep gloss look and feel as smooth as glass when you touch them. I did notice one or two spots were a dust particle had landed on the tub but this is obviously unavoidable and a very minor flaw compared to the overall job and I was told that small particles will wear in or off in time. Overall I am very satisfied with the professionalisim of the whole team. From the detailed quote I received from Kim explaining their process and the 2 technicians that came and completed the work everything was flawless and the job turned out amazing. We had are old 1970 pink tub resurfaced to white. The tub looks amazing, better than new. The 2 technicians arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any refinishing work. Thanks guys.

Superior did an amazing job refinishing my tub and tiles. I can't believe it's the same bathroom. There were a few black marks where the old finish was cracked and you can't even tell they were there. Ryan was professional and friendly. He worked for almost 8 hours straight and did an excellent job. I would recommend Superior to anyone looking to redo a bathroom without ripping out the tub.
