Superior Refinishing

'Superior', as in Superior Refinishing is a 10 out 10. All aspects All aspects of the engagement were superior beginning with the punctual first visit and ending with a request for a broom for clean-up. The computer write-up was a detailed overview of the technology and work involved and helped explain how they could offer a 5 year warranty, longer than others reviewed. Ryan and Kim are easily available both by telephone and e-mail. Barbara and I were both impressed from the first get-go visit of Ryan: punctual, thorough with explanations and no pressure ever. The first thing Ryanjdid was to thump and check out the floor to make certain that the foundation under the ceramic tile was sturdy enough to support the refinish. Even though the warranty is set out on the computer, a written one was provided as requested. The same thoroughness shows up with detailed explanations for maintenance and after care for years of enjoyment and use. My wife and I both expressed a 'wow' at first view of finished product., beyond even our expectations.
The price for the work was very reasonable considering that this is a complete make-over and thousands cheaper than tile replacement with all the mess involved. The work took 4 days and with Ryan and assistant there every day and finished on time.
We so pleased that we are now in the process of of engaging them once again to do our second washroom.
