Good quality finish, poor communication

We ran into some Covid-related hiccups trying to schedule the work, and after initiating contact with Ryan, it was always me re-initiating communication to try to get the job done. In the end, the product was fantastic - Ryan was able to work within our requested schedule and gave us good information on follow-up care for the refinishing, however when I tried messaging him with some post-finishing issues, he just ignored me.
In summary, good product, average communication.
