When truck pulled up, told us we owed them $3,654 and they wouldn't unload unless we paid them. When we unpacked, discovered close to $7,000 in damages - broken glass, damaged furniture, missing boxes. They subjected us to a comprehensive claim procedure, and then offered us an insulting $50. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - INDIFFERENT AND UNETHICAL! A move that should have cost close to $1K ended up costing over $10K.
