Trillium moved my wife and I from Burlington, Ontario to Rosthern, Saskatchewan. We felt that at both the pickup and drop-off, the men (in one case, young man) acted responsibly, efficiently and professionally. From their perspective, I know of no missing items. Damage to boxes was very minimal, and only one wine glass was broken, which we think is admirable. (We did by far most of the packing ourselves. They packed just a few things at the end). The computer and printer appear to be unscathed and working well. The china cabinet glass was unbroken. I know of no significant damage even to the furniture with casters left on the bottom.
I appreciate how Trillium accommodated our larger than expected volume of goods, even to the point of sending another truck to the pick-up, because the intended truck was too full.
There was one fee, the warehouse fee of about $109, of which we felt we were not made aware, but I really don't mind paying it, since all else went so smoothly.
