On a Saturday morning of a long weekend, a cable on one of our two garage doors broke. The first couple of companies that I called for service told me that they could not come until Tuesday, unless they charged "emergency rates" which were significantly higher than the normal rates. Then, I happened to call Nazar of Garage Door Geeks who came over within 25 minutes. He efficiently replaced the broken cable and bottom bracket, as well as the other side's hardware which were severely rusting. Nazar also tightened some loose nuts on the hinges, and oiled various parts. He patiently outlined self-maintenance that I could do. Finally, the cost of the service call was very reasonable.

The guild-rails of my 3.5 year old garage door was out of alignment and guide wheels were jumping out of the track and jamming. I called Garage Door Geeks based on reviews, and these reviews were absolutely right on.
Called and spoke to Nazar in the morning and he said he could be there at a certain time and ARRIVED EXACTLY at the appointed time.
He completed the job in less than an hour, added a few new parts, which need to be changed, realigned the door...... perfect.

An appointment was made on a Saturday evening for 8:30 am on Sunday. Oleh was very professional and efficient. We needed our 3 cars re programmed to open all 3 garage doors, re program our keypad, and replace the batteries in the original door openers. The job was done so quickly. Oleh also complimentary put lightbulbs in the master openers in the ceiling. He was so neat and polite. I would highly recommend Oleh from the Garage Door Geeks. He was great.

Replaced the original very heavy solid wood door with an aluminum/glass door.
Excellent quality Amarr Vista door was installed in one day.
A second day was required for the new header and black aluminum capping, all expertly installed.

I sent an email with pictures and followed up with a phone call to discuss the issue. Nazar was quickly over my house to fix it the evening of the next day. Nazar was knowledgeable, straightforward, sincere and very reasonable. I was asking a lot of questions about the garage and he offered great tips as well! My garage door opener stopped working. I have called Garage door geeks and spoke to Nazar. I explained him the problem. Nazar was so nice he guided me to fix the problem without any cost and now the garage door opener is working. I would contact Nazar for any future garage door issues and recommend everyone.

The tension spring of my garage door broke last night. My search led me to the Garage Door Geeks & Nazar came to Aurora quickly on such a short notice!

I called this company when my garage door got stuck. Oleg answered my call, asked for details and told me what I had suspected, that I needed a new opener. As I had checked the prices for openers at different stores beforehand, his quote seemed very reasonably priced, so I didn't have to call other companies to compare quotes. I picked an opener from the ones he quoted, based on price and performance. He came to the house the following day at the established time. He was very organized in his work, finished the job and cleaned the area in no time.
